Volunteers

The 48th La Bâtie – Festival de Genève is pleased to invite you to join its team of volunteers from 29 August to 15 September 2024 in Geneva and the Greater Geneva area.

La Bâtie – Geneva’s oldest festival – is a multi-disciplinary event (music, dance, theatre, circus, and performance) that features many discoveries and creations. Since the 1990s, it has marked the opening of and set the tone for Geneva’s cultural season, paving the way after the summer break. The programme features a wide range of live performances by local, national, and international artists.

In this 2024 event, many of the creations are rooted in the myths and legends of ancient times and in the history of past and present struggles. Their writing shed lights on a new past, inviting us to rebuild the present and look forward together to a future that has always been uncertain.

Join us to discover them! We look forward to welcoming you and sharing with you the generosity and diversity of these art projects that will open Geneva’s cultural season with a bang!
