BENEFITS
- Full-price Festival Pass: entitles you to purchase a ticket for CHF 10 per event*
- Reduced-price Festival Pass: entitles you to purchase a ticket for CHF 8 per event*
*With the exception of events at the Comédie de Genève, Château Rouge, La Cité Bleue, and Le Bâtiment des Forces Motrices, for which the price will be 15.- per event.
- Youth Pass - 50th Anniversary Special Edition: entitles you to purchase a ticket to 5 events of your choice
PRICES
- Full-price Festival Pass: CHF 100
- Reduced-price Festival Pass: CHF 80 (AVS, AI, unemployed, unireso annual pass holders, “Circulez, soyez infidèles!” partner venue pass holders, performing arts professionals, youth aged 13–20, students, 20ans20francs cardholders)
- Youth Pass - 50th Anniversary Special Edition: CHF 50 (under 26)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- No pass grants unlimited access to events at all times. You must always book your tickets through our website so they can be added to your pass.
- Reservations are subject to availability.
- Passes are non-transferable and must be used by the person named on them.
- To activate a discounted Festival Pass or a Youth Pass, you must send a copy of the supporting documentation to billetterie@batie.ch
CREATE A PASS
1. Click "Create a Pass"
2. Select the type of pass you want from the drop-down menu
3. Fill out the form and upload a photo
4. Click "Continue"
5. Your pass has been created!
6. You can add show tickets to your cart right now, or just pay for your pass by going to the cart.
7. Pay for your pass and any tickets you’ve added by going to your cart and following the instructions. Your pass will not be activated until payment is complete.
8. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email as well as an email containing your digital pass.
The passes are digital. You will receive the electronic version via email after your purchase. The shows you have purchased are loaded directly onto the QR code on the pass. You must present the QR code at the entrance to each performance so that your ticket can be scanned.
USES
Link your pass to your orders:
- Go to the " Quick Buy "
- Click "Add a Pass"
- Enter your pass number
- Confirm by clicking "OK"
You can now select your shows. Be sure to click on the price that corresponds to your pass.
To complete your order
- Click on your shopping cart to review your selection.
- Click "Confirm Cart." A new window will open. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
- Enter your email address, click "Submit," select your payment method, and pay the due amount.
You will receive an email confirming your order with details of the tickets you purchased. This may take a few minutes. Be sure to check your spam folder.
Your tickets are loaded directly onto your pass. All you need to do is present your pass at the entrance to the show so it can be scanned. We recommend that you bring the confirmation email with you just in case. If you have ordered additional tickets (separate from your pass), please download and print the tickets included in your order confirmation email to present them at the venue entrance.
PURCHASE HISTORY
To view your order history, go to the "Quick Buy" page, then enter your password. Click on the "History" link that appears.
