La Bâtie is a member of Reso, an association that aims to strengthen national coordination to promote dance as an artistic discipline, thus contributing significantly to its development. Founded in 2006, the association has been recognised as a non-profit organisation since 2014.

As a national centre of excellence, the association pursues the following objectives: to develop appropriate measures to improve the artistic quality of Swiss dance and its dissemination; to raise awareness to the diversity of dance as an artistic expression; to foster collaboration and knowledge transfer between dance professionals; to coordinate specific support initiatives at regional, cantonal and national levels, and to represent the interests of the dance scene to politicians and the media.

Reso brings together organisations and institutions active in the field of professional dance.
